Use Colors To Heal!
The world is make of vibrations.
Of these vibrations, colors are one of the most beautiful representations of the many vibrations that make up our world.
It's hard to believe...but since colors exist on a vibrational spectrum, they can actually be used for healing!
Few people know this, and as a result, colors are an extremely underutilized tool when it comes to healing.
However, of the people who do know that they can use colors to heal...they don't use them correctly.
It's not like buying a 256 crayon box and then having all of the answers to everything - that would be a grave misunderstanding.
Rather, we can use colors in the form of light or fabric to help us balance our energies to a desired level.
For example, think about all of the clothing that you own and wear. Why do you choose certain colors over others?
Of course, there's the appearance of the color...but did you know that you're probably drawn to certain colors because of your energy field?
Take a quick look in the closet and see what colors are prominent.
Chances are that your energetic field resonates at the same vibrational frequency...meaning that you have an abundance of this type of energy!
While this is a great sign for many, having an abundance of anything can be dangerous.
For example, if you wear red a lot and have a fiery personality, this can cause you to make sudden mistakes and blunders.
Likewise, if you wear blue and purple a lot, you may have a timid personality, and as a result, lose out on several opportunities because you didn't grab at the chance.
The key is balance...and I don't just mean in the wardrobe!
In this article, I'm going to explain how to use colors to heal and what certain colors represent or help balance.

How To Use Colors
Each color has its own effect on the energetic field, but how do you make use of this?
Besides clothing, you can use lighting. This can be expensive though and is usually only operated in spas or saunas.
You can also use crystals to your advantage due to their healing properties.
Today, I want to share one of my secrets with you...
...because you can use the great outdoors.
Now, I know that some people have an aversion to the outdoors, but there's a good chance that you're missing out on tons of healing energy.
Remember that Universal Energy existed before humans did - it was here before us, and it will continue long after us.
It doesn't exist inside man-made buildings or studios...
And the beauty of Universal Energy is that it balances itself through its color.
Here's what I mean...
When you go outside, what colors do you see?
Well, depending on the weather, you might see green, white, blue, brown, yellow, orange, purple, or red...but pay even closer attention. You might be missing out on more colors than you think.
For example, during winter seasons, most trees lose their leaves, so you'll see a lot of white or brown.
However, look closely at the ground underneath you...it's still teaming with colors!
If you're aware of this fact, you can use the outdoors to your advantage.
Simply go outside when you're in need of healing and spend some time looking for the color that you need.
Once you've found that color or something close to it, you can just spend time around it and absorb its vibrational energy.
This will help soothe whatever ails you - I've had thousands of students do this to great effect.
Below, you'll find a list of colors and the things that they help. I also include where you can typically find these colors as a kind of cheatsheet. Use it to the best of your ability...and get healing!

Also remember that colors have cross-healing properties...so figure out your best combination that works for you.
Red is the color of fire and passion.
It's representative of our Heart and Solar Plexus Chakras.
You usually have a red deficiency when you feel cold or lonely.
If you feel tempermental, you could have an excess of red in your life.
You can use this color when you want to charge your energy field or need a boost for a special event like an interview, date, or workplace party.
You can also use this color to burn out negative energy that can cause diseases like cancer, bronchitis, etc.
You can find red in warmer places or just by basking in the energy of the sun.
Orange is representative of leadership and power.
It's one of the main colors that represents our Heart and Sacral Chakras.
If you have an orange deficiency, you could feel fatigued or extreme sleepiness.
If you have an excess, you could be controlling or too demanding on other people.
Use orange when you need a quick energy charge or to boost your libido.
It also acts as a protective cover to increase your immunity (think oranges and vitamin C).
You can find orange in food or spending some time out under sunlight.
Yellow is the color of grace and clarity.
It outshines the other colors in terms of brightness and is usually representative of our Third Eye and Root Chakras.
If you have a yellow deficiency, you could feel confused or withdrawn.
If you have an excess of yellow in your life, you could be too demure or like a wallflower.
Use yellow when you need to clear something up like a situation or friendship.
You can find yellow practically anywhere there is sunlight or through sunflowers.
Green is the color of balance and harmony.
It's representative of our Universal Energy, but also represents our Crown and Throat Chakras.
If you have little green, you could feel muddy or heavy.
If you have too much, you could feel indigestion or indifference.
Use green when you need to clear up your energy flow or balancing the Chakras.
Grass is one of the greatest healing surfaces because of its relation to Grounding, so I fully recommend you use grass or sit by some trees.
Blue is the color of freedom and liberation.
It also represents the cool and calm side of our human energetic field.
When you have too much blue, you'll feel depressed, stress, or anxious.
When you have too little blue, you'll feel hotheaded and insecure.
Use blue when you need to restructure or shield yourself from other problems.
You can use the sky, the ocean, or even water to help get you some more blue.
Purple is the color of spirit and the future.
It's most commonly associated with our Third Eye, Crown, and Throat Chakras.
Having too little purple can lead you to feel a sort of anxiety about the present - whereas too much will produce decision anxiety about what will happen.
In other words, if you don't have enough, you'll worry. If you have more than enough, you'll also worry.
Use purple when you need to regain clarity about who you are as an individual.
You can find purple outdoors with lavender plants or lilacs.
Alternatively, you can eat purple yams as a quick solution.
White is the color of purity and beginning.
It's most associated with our Root Chakra.
When you have too little white, you may feel dark or depressive thoughts.
When you have too much, you might be a bit pretentious and condescending.
Use white when you need to bring peace into your life and take away the pain.
Clouds are a good example of something that you can spend time looking at to absorb their energy.
You can use all of these colors in combination or simply just one at a time - it's up to you to figure out the combination that works best.
