How To Blast Through Mental Blocks With Reiki

They prevent you from getting things done...staying focused...
...and even prevent you from living the fullest life that you can live.
For me, they used to happen quite frequently, and I had no idea why until I discovered how to break free from my own mental constraints.

In fact, it's one of the best reasons to start Reiki.
You see, mental blocks are insidious because we try to heal them by using methods and techniques that aren't all that good.
We can try journaling...but that distracts us from the work that needs to be done.
Worse - it can make us loathe the work even more...
...which makes us repeat this cycle of procrastination over and over again.
Sometimes, we're prescribed to take a rest - but this can also encourage stagnation.
So then what do you do?

The problem here is that all of these solutions treat the symptom, but never the root of the problem...
And and most of the time, the root of the problem exists outside of our physical body...
It exists in our emotional body.
Let me explain...
The Source of Mental Blockages
The source of our mental blockages doesn't actually start in our head.
It starts from our emotional body, a body that exists outside of our corporeal feeling of self.
Think about it: when you feel blockages in work, your realtionships, or your hobbies, it doesn't feel like you're you.
You beat yourself up over it...only to never begin the work or clear the blockage itself.
That's because we're taught to overcome this with sheer willpower and not address the real issue.
Although these solutions can make us feel better temporarily...
...wouldn't it be so much better if we could have a way where we can absolve our mental blockages for good?
I'm here to show you how exactly to eradicate your mental blockages once and for all with tried and true principles and techniques that I've personally used for years...
...as well as taught hundreds of thousands of others how to overcome their blockages and difficulties in their own life.

Clear Your Chakras
I emphasize this in every lesson that I give - most of our issues stem from our emotional body because there are blockages there that remain clogged.
If you never clear these blockages, you'll never move forward in life.
So what I recommend my students to do is to first clear their Chakras.
Once you sense a mental blockage forming, you want to immediately clear it.
Don't keep trying to work for work's sake...or distracting yourself from the root of the issue.
As soon as you sense it, address it.
To clear your Chakras, one of my favorite things to do is to do a Chakra Meditation.
I talk a lot about Chakra Meditation in this article over here, so read that as a primer.
The benefit of clearing your Chakras is that you'll be able to clear everything that comes with a mental blockage...
...this includes things like stress, anxiety, or even physical pain from 'locking' up.
So as soon as you sense a mental blockage, pay attention to your Chakras and see how they feel.
If you are sensitive and aware, you'll notice the source of the issue and address it immediately.
If not, you may need a bit more meditation in your life.

Next, we'll learn how to heal a mental blockage that already exists...
Open Your Energy
Let's say that you've passed the point where you sensed a mental blockage and that now you're trying to move past it.
One of the best ways to move forward is to open up your energy. What does this mean?
This means that you simply let go of any expectation that you hold of yourself.
You don't put up any shields or psychic armor to protect yourself - render yourself completely open to criticism, choice, and freedom.
This can be very scary for some people, as they are used to wearing such things to protect their energy from harm.
Although well-intended, this can set you up for failure because you're limited and confined to your own space.
Give yourself room to breathe and make errors by rendering yourself vulnerable to the work.
For example, let's say that you're a writer for a magazine.
You're having difficulty starting the piece because you don't want it to sound bar or look unfavorably upon your peers.
As a result, you can barely write a few words before erasing them all.
This over-awareness of the self is what prevents you from blasting past your mental block.
Allow yourself to write (or do what you need to do) freely without holding any judgment.
You can always go back and edit things or change things up as necessary.
Take a few moments to breathe deeply in and out...and simply do what you need to do for as long as you can.
You might be surprised to see how far you go!
Next, we'll learn one of the most important things affecting your mental load...
Imagine trying to work in a landfill.
Doesn't sound too pleasant of a workplace.
However, take a look around you - is the area physically clean?
What about the energy that surrounds you?
Does it feel stale, contrived, or combative?
If so, it might just make sense to change your environment and surroundings.
Remember that your energy field is extremely receptive to the world around us.
It constantly takes in energy, whether good or bad for us.
Knowing that you're in a poor environment that's not conducive to what you need will mentally block you.
That's because the energy you receive is directly being transferred into your emotional body...
...a body that refines this energy so that you can physically use it.
If you feed this body poor energetic nutrition, it's likely that you as a individual will suffer as well.
So take the time to be aware of your surroundings and notice the many nuances going on.
You might be surprised at how conducive or unconducive your environment really is.
If it's not the best place, take a quick change and see how you feel.
However, if your environment feels fine, then you may need to do this last thing...
Do Something Different
This might sound counterintuitive, but stick with me.
Sometimes the reason why we're stuck in a mental rut is because we've been doing the same things over and over again expecting different results.
When this moment comes, it's best to try something new.
Do something completely unrelated to what you 'have' to focus on - this could be going to the beach if there's one near you, going out for ice cream, or maybe talking to a friend you haven't talked to in a long time.
The point is to try to reset your emotional body and its response to certain forces.
If you keep trying to work and you keep failing, that's a sign that your body wants you to do something different.
Force it to do something different and return to your work when you're ready - after all, it will still be there.
Once you do this multiple times, you might become more accustomed to the new pattern.
When this happens, change it up again - you don't want your energy to be stagnant.
Doing these 4 simple things can really help you blast through those tough mental blocks.
They also help strengthen your Reiki too!
