How do I get my stuff?

We immediately sent your product access information to the email you entered (or the one associated with your Paypal account) at the time of your purchase.

If the email was in your spam folder, be sure to mark it as "not spam" so that you receive important emails in the future.

If you don't see it, double check you're looking in the right email account.

If you still can't find it, you can get a new login password here by entering the email address you used at the time of purchase:

Note, when you first access your product you may get some special offers to customize it. At the bottom of these pages you can choose to upgrade, or click "No thanks" to continue.

Where do I fill in my address?

We do not need your physical address. In order to access the course check the inbox for your email address you used to make the purchase. You should receive an email titled "Your Download Is Ready For Reiki Infinite Healer". If you click on the link in the email it will take you to the download page for the course. Go through and click all the links to download all the items in the course.

Note, you may get a one-time-offer to upgrade to the Ultimate version of the course when you click the link in the email. At the bottom of the page you can choose to upgrade, or click "No thanks" to continue to your downloads.

I want a physical copy of the course.

All my programs can be used online with any computer or mobile device. This gives you the benefit of special online tools, such as guided audio, and certification exams.

After you purchase the course, if you prefer physical versions of any of the books, you can download PDF versions here and then have Print-My-PDF.com mail them to you.

If you want physical CDs, you can use iTunes to burn them for FREE. You can download iTunes at www.apple.com/itunes/download/

At this time we do not send any physical products ourselves. If you would like books or CDs, you may use the resources listed above.

Do I need an Attunement / How do I Attune?

While everyone has the ability to perform basic Reiki healing, you will eventually need to Attunement when you complete each level to perform more advanced healing techniques.

While it may sound easier to get an Attunement from someone else, the reality is that one of the most spiritual experiences of your life does not come without any effort.

Reiki Attunements are a personal experience that you must go through alone. Here are just some of the reasons:

• Connect directly to Reiki Energy without it being filtered through another person...
• Not have to worry about a master not Attuning you correctly (since they could be distracted, not have enough sleep, or any number of reasons their energy could be "off" that day)...
• Have the freedom to Attune and re-attune yourself without seeking permission from a "gatekeeper"

You can Attune yourself through meditation simply by focusing on connecting with higher levels of Reiki energy...
