Everything that we intake affects our physical, spiritual, and energetic health.

What we observe, the types of foods we eat, and even the quality of air around us...

...these all make up the various components of our physical environment.

Our physical environment can and often will influence everything from the way we think, the way we relate to others...

...to the way our bodies store and process fat.

Quite simply - our environment affects our entire being.

If our environment is poor, emits toxins, and is dreary, then our health will suffer and our bodies will accumulate excess fat.

However, if our environment is flourishing with life and positive energy, then our health will magnify and grow.

It's extremely important to make sure that your environment radiates a healthy energy flow for your body to thrive off of.

Without a positive and healthy environment, you risk exposing yourself to not only spiritual damage...

...but emotional trauma (negative people, thoughts, etc), and even physical harm (poor gut health, obesity, joint pain, etc).

At this point, it may be tough to reconcile the fact that many things in our environment are difficult and are just out of our control.

You can't control the way that other people will act around you...but there is one thing that you can control.

This factor is arguably the most important aspect of not only your physical, emotional, and energetic health...

...but is also the key to losing weight.

Positive Energy Foods Cheat Sheet

The number one factor in losing weight is not the amount of exercise you get...

It's not even about eating less calories...

...It's the quality of the food you eat each and every day.

For some readers, this may seem like a no-brainer - but for others, this literally makes the entire difference.

The food you eat nourishes your physical system through its cellular components - but its energetic and spiritual components are even more influential than the physical!

Avoid Harmful Foods

Let's put this into perspective:

If you eat a regular hamburger at any old restaurant, you're probably getting the meat from a factory farm.

These farms are designed to produce as much food in as little time as possible.

Because farms have limited space, this means that the animals have very little wiggle room to move or do anything but exist.

Imagine being cramped up in a 1x1 box from birth to death...

...chances are that you'd be very unhappy with your existence, right? 

The animals that are cooped up in these little spaces experience the same emotion...and as a result, they become depressed, anxious, and their bodies become filled with negative, murky energy. 

And as we eat them...we acquire the residuals of their life condition.

In other words, we intake and absorb their spiritual and emotional depression.

We acquire their anxiety, their pain, and their health problems (I'll show you exactly how to avoid this in a moment).

To make matters worse - we do this on a daily basis without ever knowing or realizing how we're killing ourselves!

This is no hyperbole - studies have shown a direct correlation between the quality of our food and the quality of our life.

Our spiritual and energetic condition literally depends on this sustenance...

...so if we don't get the right foods or right amount, our health suffers.

Our energy plummets. We gain weight. Pain starts to overtake our body.

Emotional damage sets in, and we wonder what we can do about it.

For many people, this problem has existed since birth. 

We were fed without knowing the contents of our nutrition and as a result, fell prey to a system that, by design, drains us of our energy.

Isn't food supposed to energize us? 

We need to begin to rethink our interactions with our food because our current behaviors are quite literally killing us.

Fortunately, there is a way to mitigate this damage and it's not too late.

If you want to lose weight and protect yourself from further spiritual and emotional damage, read on and I'll tell you exactly how to do it...

Within a month, most people who follow this advice shed 20 lbs. or more.

And unlike with fad diets, you will be able to eventually reach a healthy weight and stick to it…

Because you’re fixing the source of the problem…

...your energy flow.

Here’s how:

1. Eliminate Negative Energy from Your Diet

The first and most crucial step towards losing weight is excluding everything that will make you gain weight. 

These foods typically lack any physical nutritional value...

...but also lack any energetic or spiritual nutrition as well. 

Eliminate Negative Energy Foods

These foods create an energy imbalance in the system that make you want more and more unhealthy food and snacks.

They 'fill' you up, but don't provide any benefit to your body whatsoever.

Because of this imbalance, your body will register all of these kinds of foods as unneccessary...

...and as a result, you'll suffer from weight gain, lethargy, and eventually major illness like cancer or heart disease.

Fortunately, I've made a short list here that you can reference easily.

Avoid these foods as much as you possibly can.

(NOTE: this list is extensive and has proven to lead to tremendous results if followed.)

Even if you aren't interested in losing weight, you might want to consider taking these foods out of your diet anyway - to fix other health issues you're experiencing and prevent new ones from creeping up.

Avoid these foods that are compromised primarily of processed grains:

  • Pasta
  • Bread
  • White Rice

Our energetic system did not evolve to eat these processed grains, so it messes up with our energy system when we eat them.

In addition, you'll want to avoid anything made from dairy. 

Yes, it is a tough sacrifice if you love cheese and milk...but here's why you want to cut out dairy versions of:

  • Milk
  • Cheese
  • Butter
  • Cream
  • Ice Cream

Anything made from cow milk has energy specifically designed for baby cows to nourish their bodies and grow into huge adult animals.

Because we're not cows, this creates an excess of energy in our body that manifests itself as excess fat.

In addition, because there's an excess of energy, the rest of your body will try to 'measure up' and compromise itself in order to maintain balance.

You'll also want to get rid of the added sweeteners in your cabinet, as our bodies atrophy after consuming them. They are: 

  • Artificial sweeteners (splenda, sugar, etc)
  • Honey
  • Maple Syrup

And lastly, you want to avoid "conventional" or "factory-farmed" animal products, or foods that are not natural and organic.

We'll go over which meat and eggs to buy in the next section, but in short, factory farmed animals accumulate massive amounts of negative energy and pass on their negative energy to you.

As a reminder, remember that factory farmed animals are mostly stressed when they are killed and slaughtered...

...this negative energy taints their meat and gets absorbed into your system without you even knowing.

This can raise your risk of heart disease, cancer, or even tumor growth.

Thankfully, if you eat the RIGHT foods...you'll be able to avoid this altogether...

and shed all of the fat that you've been eager to lose!

In this next section, we'll cover which foods you CAN eat...and that you should eat MORE of.

2. Eat Lots of Foods With Positive Energy

Remember that our body is designed to intake certain materials and energetic compounds.

Eating anything else will likely destroy the balance created in the system.

As we've learned in the previous section, it's important to first cut out what you don't need...

...so that you can focus on what you do.

The great news is that you don't have to sacrifice taste for quality foods that nourish your energy.

Eat Positive Energy Foods

Below is a list of foods that you should eat MORE of on a daily basis to shed the excess fat on your body...and begin living a happier life.

We'll start with your proteins:

  • Organic (or Pasture-Raised) Eggs
  • Wild-caught Alaskan Salmon
  • Organic (or Pasture-Raised) Chicken
  • Organic or Grass-Fed Beef
  • Organic Pork

The #1 reason why you should eat these foods (and why they'll help you lose weight) is that the energy compounds found in these proteins is significantly higher and more positive than their factory-farmed counterparts.

These animals aren't stressed when they die and they live a healthy, mobile life.

This energy will transfer to you in more positive and safe ways.

Next, we'll cover your vegetables and legumes. These include:

  • Spinach
  • Kale
  • Broccoli
  • Cauliflower
  • Mixed Vegetables (Carrots, Broccolini, etc)
  • Lentils
  • Beans

The human body evolved to eat these plants, so the energy in these foods aligns itself perfectly with what our bodies need to eat in order to THRIVE, not just survive.

Now, of course, as a human being, you're going to want to eat things off of this list.

Remember that if you really do want to lose weight...you can't compromise on yourself.

In fact, the one thing that you should never compromise on is yourself.

If you're tired of being tired and want to energize your body correctly...you have to be determined and hold that conviction.

That being said, the following list of foods should be eaten in moderation...

3. Eat "High Energy" Healthy Foods In Moderation

They are healthy because of how nutritionally dense they are - their energetic values are off the roof - but if you eat these in excess, they will also turn into an excess of energy...

...which turns into an excess of fat in your system.

Eat These In Moderation

They are: 

  • Fruits
    • Avocados
    • Tomatoes (Yellow is best)
    • Blueberries
    • Grapefruit
    • Pomegranate
    • Cucumber
  • Nuts
    • Walnuts
    • Pecans
    • Macadamia 
    • Almonds
  • Whole grains
    • Rolled Oats
    • Brown Rice
    • Quinoa
    • Sweet Potato
  • Cooking Oils
    • Macadamia Nut Oil
    • Avocado Oil

This is a pretty extensive list, so you may want to review these or print them out to look at somewhere.

Again, these foods are compact and full of energy, but that is all the more reason to eat them in moderation, not excess.

Eating more energy that you don't or won't use is a waste in itself.

A good Reiki saying is, "Hara Hachi Bu Me." In Japanese, this means "until 80%."

This is particularly true for the food on this "moderation" list. Never eat them until you are completely full.

Lastly, there's one more important point to keep in mind for losing weight and improving health...

Keep Your Mental Energy Positively Charged

Your food is arguably the most important factor in determining how much weight you will lose...

...but if your mental energy is off, you will end up stressing yourself to the point where your diet is ineffectual.

When your mental energy is off, this means that it is blocked or clogged by something.

Keep Your Mental Energy Positive

In most cases, mental energy is blocked by stress.

Eating a strict diet can be stressful...and counterintuitively, one of the best ways to counteract this behavior is to plan to give yourself a day off each week.

Although we don't recommend eating unhealthy food in general, it can be wise (especially if you're just starting) to plan a day where you can allow yourself to eat anything that you want...

...or at the very least, eat a wider variety of foods.

Eat Organic and Fresh Foods

This will help trick your body into accepting the new diet without coming in too strong.

Most people relapse because they don't give themselves this little bit of needed wiggle room.

But by allowing yourself a day off each week, you will satisfy your cravings and reinforce your determination to stay on track.

Lastly...

Be happy that you are undertaking the journey to be a healthier individual!

Dieting can seem tiring and daunting, but remember that you'll end up feeling better than you did when you first started.

When you keep your original intent in mind, the journey will be much more enjoyable.
