Are Your Dreams Warning You About Your Health?

Dream Warning

Paying attention to the content of your dreams could be one of the most important things you do for your health…

Have you ever had a dream that you just knew was important?

One that seemed like it was giving you a warning

Or sending you a message?

Dreams can hold the key to important information that your conscious mind, the one that’s active while you are awake, may not be aware of.

While not every dream is of significance, there are some that you should pay more attention to than others.

If you know what to look for, dreams can serve as warning messages for what’s to come…

Pay Attention to the Messages Your Dreams Are Sending…

Dreams have always been a source of information, dating back to the times of mythology and religious foundings.

But what kind of information are YOUR dreams sending YOU

Well, that all depends…

In this article, I’ll explain how you can tell if a dream is a warning, who might be trying to warn you, and the three important signs to look for.

If you’re not sure how a dream can serve as a warning, let me take a moment to explain…

It’s not uncommon for an event to manifest in your energetic body before it occurs in your physical body.

In terms of your health, you probably know that the illness is usually inside your body before you start to see or feel the physical symptoms. That’s partly because the illness is first manifesting at a deeper level... one that your conscious awareness doesn’t always catch.

For example, an energy blockage can start to form in your Solar Plexus Chakra before you begin to feel sick. On the energetic layer, your body can sense that something is not right, and that’s when it can try to communicate with you through your dreams...

And if you know what signs to look for, you can use the information from your dreams to take action before the illness physically manifests.

Another way to spot trouble in your body before you can feel it or see it is by looking at the health of each of your Chakras.

But where exactly is this information in your dreams coming from?

Your Unconscious Mind Speaks Through Your Dreams

Some people think that dreams are messages from guardian angels, or loved ones who have passed away, or the higher power that their faith follows

But dreams are really just a way for your body to communicate with itself. There are two parts to your mind, the conscious and the subconscious, and each serves a different purpose.

Your conscious mind is where you process all the thoughts, emotions, and memories that you are aware of at any given moment. And the unconscious or subconscious mind holds the repressed feelings, memories, or thoughts that your mind has hidden from you for some reason.

And your dreams serve as the main path of communication between your conscious and unconscious mind.

You see, your subconscious can pick up on key details that your conscious mind may be missing or even denying…

Conscious and Unconscious Mind

Think about all the stimuli you encounter each day, both from your own body and the things happening outside of yourself. There is far too much for your conscious mind to be aware of it all… But your subconscious is always paying close attention.

That means that you can have the knowledge of an energetic disruption in your subconscious mind, but be unable to access it with your conscious mind.

And the easiest way for the two parts of your mind to communicate is through your dreams.

But your subconscious mind isn’t going to come right out and tell you the message… you have to know what you’re looking for...

Three Warning Signs For Your Health

While the subject is still debated, there is much anecdotal evidence to support the claims about dreams sending a warning message.

But your dreams don’t always make their messages clear and easy to understand. There are often symbols, themes, or representations that you have to look a little closer at…

You usually have to go beneath the surface to find out what your dream is trying to tell you...

Be on the lookout for dreams that contain any of the following components:

  • Unexpected memories resurfacing
  • Repeated injury to a specific part of the body
  • Longer than normal dreams focusing on strange and/or violent imagery

If you find yourself dreaming about these things, it could signal that an illness is lurking in your body.

(Remember, not every dream indicates a problem with your health.)

But how does the body know?

Sleeping, Dreaming

You see, your dreams are created as much by your body as they are by your mind, because your body plays an important role in your experience of dreaming and waking life.

Your body is very wise, and it often knows things even before your conscious mind is able to comprehend them.

So it is not unusual for your subconscious, the part of your mind that is active while you’re asleep, to pick up on these body signals that your conscious mind may be missing.

Then your subconscious will try to communicate this information to the waking, rational mind by sending you messages in your dreams.

But don’t get all worried over just one dream. Usually, dream warnings will occur over the course of a few nights, or repeat themselves again and again.

When you first start to examine your dreams, you mind find it challenging to uncover the true meaning of the messages and symbols that you see.

To help you out, I’ll share a technique that may be of use as you begin to dive deeper into the meaning of your dreams…

Technique to Interpret Your Warning Dream

Discovering the meaning behind a dream can sometimes be difficult. And it can take a lot of practice to really start to get the hang of it.

Try out this technique, and remember that you may not be a master at it the first time around. But don’t let yourself be discouraged. Keep trying, and you’ll soon find it gets easier and easier.

You’ll need pen and paper, or a computer, and a timer for this activity.

First, set your timer for ten minutes. Then write anything and everything that you can remember about your dream for ten minutes.

The most important part is that you do not stop writing for the entire ten minutes.

Continuously recording your thoughts helps you to bypass your conscious mind and tap into your subconscious that you’re normally only able to access in a dream.

Typically, this writing exercise can help to pull back details of your dream so that you can start to look at what exactly happened and what it could possibly mean.

In the second part of this technique, you’ll look for the three main warning signs that I told you about a few moments ago. Let’s take a quick look at each one…

Memories Resurfacing

When memories come back into your mind, it’s not always a message that this event or memory is going to happen again. Try to dig deeper and think about the context that surrounded that memory…

  • What else was going on in your life at that time?
  • What thoughts and feelings does it bring up for you?
  • Is there anything similar happening in your current life?

It’s all about finding the connection between that old memory and the things that are happening now.

Injury to a Specific Body Part

This is probably one of the more direct and straightforward signs to interpret. If you dream about a repeated injury to your chest, your body may be telling you about a lurking illness in your chest.

Remember to not just look at the physical level of where the injury is, but also look at the energetic level.

For example, this repeated injury to your chest could also be signifying the blockage in your Heart Chakra that might make it harder for you to love someone else.

Strange or Violent Imagery

When you have a dream that seems more bizarre or strange than normal, or perhaps one that is extremely violent, this usually indicates a general warning that something is wrong.

Sometimes, your body and your unconscious mind can feel that something is not the way that it should be, but they are not able to identify exactly what it is.

So if you have overly strange or violent imagery in your dreams, I suggest you have someone take a look at your Chakra System to identify where exactly the problem is lurking.

If you’re interested in discovering where the blockage is yourself, then I invite you to try this easy Chakra Balancing Plan. With just 12 yes-or-no questions, you’ll be able to pinpoint the cause of the problem and find out what your dream is warning you about.
