How I Achieved My Goals Using The Law of Attraction

Happiness, joy, love, and abundance create positive energy in the body, while fear, guilt, sadness, and anger leave your body cluttered with negative energy.
But there is something you can do to take control of your emotions, your energy, and your entire life.
I’ve seen the effects that the law of attraction can have on my life, firsthand.
It has helped me to finally feel financially stable, create positive change in the world, cultivate deeper connections with my loved ones, and so much more.
And the law of attraction can do the same for you...
The Law of Attraction Will Help You Reach Your Goals...
It is said that there are many laws that govern the universe, one of which is the law of attraction. The basic underlying principle of the law of attraction is that whatever you are putting out into the universe, you also attract back to yourself.
More simply put: Like attracts like.
For example, if you often find yourself complaining about how you’ll never find true love, these negative feelings will just attract more negative feelings and prevent you from cultivating more love in your life.
But if you can become thankful for the love and happiness that you enjoy in other relationships with friends and family, then you’re attracting more feelings of love and happiness so that you can find new relationships.
Just like the practice of Reiki, the law of attraction taps into the abundant energy of the universe and everything in it.
You may or may not be aware that everything in and around you is made of energy. You are composed of energy, the earth contains its own energy, the food you eat has energy… everything is energy.
If you want to learn how the law of attraction can help you reach your goals and create the life you’ve always wanted, then you’re in the right place.
Below, I’ve outlined a few tips that I have personally used to make the law of attraction work for my goals and aspirations. And I believe that these same principles can help you manifest anything that you desire.
Now that you understand a little more about what the law of attraction is, I’m going to share with you exactly how I used it to achieve my goals (and how you can too!).
First things first, let’s talk about energy…
Cleanse Your Energetic System
You can unknowingly be holding negative energy in your system that is preventing you from reaching the goals you set for yourself. It’s important to take time each day to cleanse your energetic system.
There are many different ways to cleanse your energy system, but I’ll just mention a few of my favorites here…
Reiki healing works with the body’s seven main energy centers to optimize the flow of energy into and out of your body. Drawing from the universal energy that is all around you, you can use Reiki to direct positive energy from the universe into your body, thus raising your energetic vibrations to a higher level.
Healing crystals can be used for many different purposes, but there are also specific crystals that focus on cleansing your energetic system so that you can have more positive energy. White and clear stones like Clear Quartz and Moonstone can help remove negative energy from your body, while black stones like Tourmaline can protect you from unwanted energy.
Allowing your body to stretch and move helps to keep the energy flowing freely. It’s especially important to do a little stretching or movement in the morning because you’ve been asleep and your body has been still. During sleep, energy can get stuck in certain places in the body causing imbalances that prevent you from reaching your goals.
The benefits of meditation have been proven many times over, but it is especially important for those of us who engage in energy work (like Reiki or using the law of attraction). Pausing for a few moments of meditation lets your body slow down and relax so that you can recharge your energy. It also helps you become more connected to your inner being so that you can be more aware of the energetic flow within your own body.

Tune in to Your Emotions
I learned the hard way that it’s not enough to just think about manifesting your goals and what you want to become.
It’s not enough to just think about something. You actually have to deeply feel those emotions so that you’re putting the positive energy out into the universe. And like a magnet, once that positive energy is in the universe, it will draw more of the same back to you.
The problem that you run into with simply thinking about what you want to become is that you are thinking. And since like attracts like, your thinking only attracts more thinking.
In this way, the law of attraction is similar to Reiki. When I am using Reiki to heal one of my clients, it’s important to focus on what the person’s life will look like or feel like when they are healed.
I don’t spend my time thinking about a broken leg or a cancer diagnosis… Instead I send healing energy into the person as I see them being healthy and well.
When using the law of attraction, thinking about how you feel alone because you haven’t found love yet will actually prevent you from reaching your goal. Because you’re focusing on feeling lonely and sad, you’ll be attracting more sadness and loneliness.
Instead, bring your mind into the blissful state that you’ll feel once you’ve found a partner. Focus on the love and joy, and actually feel those emotions in your body. As you put the energy of happiness and love out into the universe, the universe will send back more happiness and love to you.
But maybe you have a different goal… Perhaps your aspirations are related to your work-life…
Trade Attachment for an Open Mind
When setting your personal goals, one of the common suggestions is to be as specific as possible. Maybe you’ve heard of SMART goals, or goals that are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Time-Sensitive…
SMART goals may be helpful to some individuals, but they don’t work well with the law of attraction.
Your mind can get wrapped up in the specifics of things and that can cause you to become attached to certain outcomes.
Instead of focusing on one specific outcome, dig deeper into your goal to find the motivations behind it.
Maybe you want a promotion at work… is it because you want to be able to provide for your family? Or because you want to make a difference in your company?
Sometimes, the universe has plans for you that you’re not yet aware of. There are many different paths that can lead you to your goal that might look a little different than you first imagined.
Keep an open mind. This also helps protect you from negative emotions like stress, disappointment, and sadness.
Remember that true happiness comes from within, not from any outcome or object or other person. Releasing your attachment to rigid outcomes will help you create your own happiness and contentment.
This practice of having an open mind will also allow you to be more grateful for what you do have…
Have Gratitude for the Present
Cultivating more gratitude in your life can help you in many different ways. And it is especially important to remember to feel a sense of gratitude when using the law of attraction to manifest your goals.
While it’s good to have dreams, desires, aspirations, and goals, there are still things that you have in your life at this very moment that you can be thankful for.
One of the tricky parts about using the law of attraction to help you reach your goals is that you have to find the delicate balance between focusing on the future and living in the present.
When trying to reach your goals, there is a certain amonut of time and energy you must spend thinking about the future. But beware… when you become overly focused on what’s yet to come, you miss out on the life that’s happening right in front of you.
Focusing too much on the future also leads you to feel more negative emotions, such as longing, discontent, worry, and fear. And when you feel those emotions, you’re simply attracting more negative emotions into your life.
But when you are able to see that, while you may not have reached all your goals just yet, there are many things that you have to be grateful for, you’re sending positive energy out into the universe so that you can attract more positivity back to you.
So, any time you feel disappointment creeping up, turn that emotion on its head and find something that you can be grateful for.
For example, maybe you didn’t get the promotion at work that you wanted. But that gives you more time to spend with your family. Be thankful for the love of your family.
The law of attraction boils down to shifting your outlook on life to focus in on the positive emotions you experience and using that energy to create more positivity in your life.
When you feel grateful, the universe will send you more things to be grateful for. When you focus on the love you have in your life, your relationships will strengthen and grow.
