4 Habits That Will Change Your Destiny
You probably know that beyond our current realm, a higher realm exists.
Whether you believe in a God, a variety of spirits, or even a supreme consciousness...
...these realms exist.
Make no mistake - they aren't there as a coincidence.
They are actually a manifestation of the world around us...and we've been given the gift to access these realms at will.
However, it's become clear that many people have lost this power.
Our modern society has failed us in this way...
...but thankfully, we have ways in which we can gain these abilities again.
If you're reading this, you're already on the path to reach this level...
In fact, you're probably almost there already...
All you need to do now is simply recalibrate your mind through your behavior - and entirely new worlds will become accessible to you.
In these realms, your wishes are practically guaranteed.
They're already there, waiting for you to simply pick them like apples off of a tree.
From these planes of existence, you can bring them back down to your current life...and live the life that you've always been dreaming of.
In this blog post, I'll show you 4 habits that will fundamentally change your destiny so that you can access these realms...and fulfill all that you wish for.

Habit 1: Record Your Wishes & Desires
In order to change your destiny, you must speak them into existence.
If you only keep your thoughts in your mind...you'll never be able to manifest them in reality.
They will stay in your head and will never come to fruition.
The key to making your dreams come true (and accessing the higher planes) is to first acknowledge that is what you desire.
Whether it be money, a resolved relationship, improved self-connection, or a conversation with a higher being or spirit, you need to either write them out or speak them out into existence.
Saying it to yourself makes it more real...
...and the vibrations you send out into the universe will permeate each layer of the various realms that exist.
The more that you do this, the more that you'll be able to see changes happen in your life.
If anything else, sticking to just this one habit will help you see your direction more clearly and articulately.
So for each and every single day, write down your goals, dreams, and ambitions...
What do you wish to see?
What do you wish to have?
Where would you like to be in 10 years?
If you do not have the strength to write these out everyday...
...then I'm afraid that you must not want them that badly. Writing them out or speaking them out into existence only takes a fraction of your time...
...but you have all the gain if you do it.
So take 15 minutes each and every single day to write them out. Be clear about your objectives.
Only then will you be able to see things come to fruition...
Habit 2: Meditate Into A Higher Existence
You are the result of your habits.
The most important habit that we need to recalibrate is our thought pattern...
...too many of us think negatively of ourselves.
This reinforces downward pressure on our being - and so we become lesser and far removed from the places that we want to be.
This can manifest itself in our behavior by depression, anxiety, and overal withdrawal-ness from the world.
So the key to fixing this...
...is to fix our thoughts.
One of the most powerful ways to fix our thoughts is through meditation.
In this particular instance, I recommend meditating ino a higher existence...

Now, here are the steps towards one meditation into a higher existence...
Keep in mind that you'll want to do this everyday. It may seem difficult, but again, it's about creating better habits for yourself in order to reach the life that you want.
Follow these steps:
- Turn off any and all electronic devices.
- Go outside and sit down.
- Close your eyes and pay attention to the sounds around you.
- Focus in on the hum of nature...(note: This can be difficult if you live in an urban area. Try to hone in on natural sounds like birds, trees, etc.)
- Maintain a rhythmic breath with the sound of nature.
- Do this for 10 minutes.
You'll soon find out why this is so powerful once you try it...
Habit 3: Get Spiritual Nutrition
Your spiritual food is just as important as your physical food.
If you're getting the improper spiritual guidance (nutrition), then your spiritual body will likely suffer.
This can manifest itself in your physical body as lethargy, depression, and a feeling of loneliness or emptiness.
So how do you get spiritual nutrition?
There's a very simple answer to this...
Just like humans, food contains spiritual energy.
However, most of this energy remains untapped.
You'll need to unlock the full potential of your food by blessing it with Universal Energy.
In order to do this, you need to invoke Universal Energy into your palms...
...and send it out to your food.
Your food will start to resonate at the same frequency as the Universal Energy and unlock the spiritual nutrition contained within it.
Remember that not all foods are created equal - if you need help, just take a look at my other blog post here where I talk about the importance of your food.
Note: you need to have an attunement first before you can bless your food, but there are other ways that you can get spiritual nutrition.
Here are just a few that you can incorporate into your daily life:
- Transcendental Meditation
- Kinetic Stretching

- Tree Hugging
- Grounding or Earthing
Do any of these on a daily basis and you are sure to reap the spiritual benefits...
Habit 4: Recite The Reiki Principles
I cannot emphasize the Reiki Principles enough...
I remember when a student came up to me and told me that the Reiki Principles literally saved her life from depression.
After a short while, she was able to communicate with higher spirits - her energy and life had made a complete turnaround.
You can do this too.
By simply reciting these Reiki Principles, either by writing them down or speaking them aloud, you'll be able to invoke their power.
Remember that we live in a world of vibration...and every utterance that we send out into the universe is an important one.
If we wish for positive things and ring of positivity, those things will come to us.
If we speak of negative things and of our own problems, those things will tend to pop up more.
We attract what we are, think, say, and do...
And of those four, we can recite the Reiki Principles to such an extent that we become them.
We think them - we say them - and we live them.
This is what it takes to truly change one's trajectory of life...
Here are the Reiki Principles for those who do not know:
- Just for today, I will be grateful.
- Just for today, I will not be angry.
- Just for today, I will not worry.
- Just for today, I will do my work honestly.
- Just for today, I will be kind to every living thing.
You can repeat them in any order that you want - but you must recite them in order to get the full benefit.
These four habits are four of the most powerful ones you can have in your daily practice...
They usually only take 30 minutes or less to do in total - and the reward is so much greater.
If you don't have 30 minutes to do these...you must reassess your life.
Now is the time to change your destiny - there is no other way to put it.
